Welcome to duffydesignco.com (the “Site”), operated by Duffy Design Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our Site, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service, so read them carefully. If you don’t agree, that’s cool — but please don’t use the site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. You won’t:

  • Post or transmit anything offensive, unlawful or misleading
  • Try to mess with our code, security or backend (no funny business)
  • Use content from our site without permission

We reserve the right to refuse service or block access if you’re being a nuisance or violating these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, images, text, logos, and code — belongs to Duffy Design Co. unless otherwise credited. You can’t reproduce or use any of it commercially without written permission.

Basically: don’t steal our stuff and we won’t have to get cranky.

3. eCommerce (Coming Soon!)

In the future, you may be able to purchase products or services through our site. When that goes live:

  • Prices will be listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable)
  • Orders are subject to availability
  • We’ll outline shipping, returns, and refund policies clearly at checkout
  • We may use third-party services (like Stripe, Shopify, etc.) for payments — they’ll have their own terms too

We’ll update these Terms when the shop launches to reflect all that jazz.

4. Links to Other Websites

Our site may contain links to external sites. We don’t have control over them, so we can’t guarantee their content or safety. Click at your own risk — but we only link to nice places, promise.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we do our best to keep the site running smoothly and content accurate, we can’t guarantee everything will always be perfect. We’re not liable for:

  • Any loss, damage or inconvenience from using the site
  • Errors or omissions in content
  • Downtime or bugs (though we aim to squash them fast)

6. Indemnity

By using our site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Duffy Design Co. and its team from any claims or liabilities arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, the updated version will be posted here with a fresh date. It’s your job to check back occasionally and make sure you’re still cool with it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of NSW.
